The Quality and Development Department in Al-Bassam Schools undertakes a set of tasks, most notably:
* Disseminating of quality culture in the school departments. * Preparing and following up on the implementation of the school strategic plan, and action plans. * Assessing the level of performance in the educational campus, and making use of the feedback. * Working on implementing and following up the assessment and academic accreditation. * Identifying possible areas of improvement and suggesting the necessary actions to achieve them. * Proposing the formation of work teams in the tasks proposed by the unit.
