In our pursuit to make our students feel more stable and clear in their vision so they can achieve their future aspirations, and in our desire to give them the opportunity to learn practices that refine their experience and enable them to have a positive impact on society, standardized curricula that achieve high performance globally have been selected. We, in the International Program, recognize the importance of this period in an individual's life and the extent of the changes they go through, so we seek to provide them with spaces for experimentation and guidance led by qualified and experienced educational and administrative staff within a rich educational environment equipped with the latest equipment that keeps pace with educational and technological developments.
Our schools offer the American Diploma curriculum in the International track, preparing our students for acceptance into the best international universities by taking the SAT exams, as well as acceptance exams in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as the Qudrat and Tahseeli exams. We also prepare our students to take the English language exams IELTS and STEP, so that our students, upon graduation from high school, receive the American Diploma certificate, in addition to the Ministry of Education's General Secondary Certificate and the English language proficiency certificate.
Subjects taught in English include:
- English language
- Mathematics
- Science
- Physical Education
- Computer Science
- Social Studies
- Arts
Furthermore, we are committed to providing national identity subjects in Arabic approved by the Saudi Ministry of Education, which include:
- Social Studies
- Arabic language
- Islamic Studies
Our schools also ensure to equip our students with the necessary skills to pass the Qudrat exams through weekly sessions.
One of our school's priorities is to discover students' talents through "Mawhiba Program," which aims to nurture and develop the creative skills of gifted students so that they can represent the school in international competitions and achieve advanced positions.
We also support students with special needs through the support unit at the school. Clubs provide students with an outlet to pursue their passions and interests outside the classroom.
Our school offers weekly morning clubs as well as summer clubs, where students can volunteer and actively participate to earn documented volunteer hours.
Al Bassam Schools are committed to taking steady steps towards effective leadership in line with the directives of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to create a generation capable of leadership. This is achieved through the student parliament, which engages students in decision-making, problem-solving, and selecting educational and recreational school trips, as well as programs to support our students' young projects.
